There are no random buffs. Discipline grows when you follow through. Focus grows when you protect the priority. Evidence is a record of what you actually proved. Your final Doubt Claim can only be removed with the story you built.

In the game: A specific thing your decisions proved, such as Started Before Ready.
Why it matters: Doubt.exe is challenged with what happened, not a motivational slogan.

In the game: Evidence created by a decision with a meaningful tradeoff or by using Long Game Vision well.
Why it matters: Some proof speaks more directly to the final Doubt Claim.

REPEATABLE ACTION
In the game: A choice realistic enough to use again after the game.
Why it matters: A practical pattern survives ordinary days better than one dramatic push.

DOUBT CLAIM
In the game: The specific belief Doubt.exe uses against you at the end.
